Up until this point, most of my experience was in new agey healing modalities like Reiki, Emotion and Body Code, Body Talk, Crystal Healing and other methods. I learned some valuable things about the body through these modalities, I needed to know more about trauma and how it impacts the mind, body and soul.

That was when things finally started falling together for me (and not apart!).

I started understanding my past behaviours and why I wasn't just able to "clear" out certain memories or emotions. I learned about where the body stores trauma, how it's released, why it gets stuck and why survivors often find themselves in cycles of abuse. I finally understood why narcissist and empaths are often attracted to one another and how to finally (and healthily) break the toxic connection.

I finally felt safe enough to navigate my relationships, my emotions and felt comfortable in my body. to not only explore my emotions, but to do something about them.

Then something incredible happened, Jesus appeared to me in a vision and totally changed my life.

After that, I got baptized and God became the center of my life.

My marriage became stronger than ever.

I was able to feel present with my kids and safe in my relationships.

My business changed almost overnight as I left new age behind and made Christ the center of my business.

After experiencing all of these incredible changes in my life, I wanted to see if I could help other women achieve emotional freedom from their own unresolved emotional trauma using the tools and techniques that worked for me...
