Unfortunately anxiety can sometimes come with the territory of being highly sensitive... especially if there’s a history of trauma.
During my coaching calls, I’m always offering different tools and techniques for helping to release pent up emotions and restore emotional balance.
There are times when the body needs a bit of help to get into that space of peace.
One of my absolute favourite herbs to work with is called lemon balm.
We are never without a bottle of it in my house because we find it so wonderful for calming the nerves, helping with sleep and digestion.
The one I use has no alcohol and it's highly potent so it gets working quickly! My kids love it too because it settles them before bed.
